Audio!

During the past while, I have been excitedly collecting and compiling audio recordings in order to share ideas of children, parents and educators.

(In related news, I have a non-education specific podcast about forests in Mi'kma'ki and how we relate to them, called Shared Ground.)

Below is a little glimpse into the amazing insights of some of the young folks I have spoken with.

The first audio glimpse is from a conversation I had with one of my former forest kindergarten kids. He is 9 years old in this clip. I was awe-struck at his responses! Such wisdom. He is answering two questions:

What is it like to be growing up?
What are some of the things you've learned in your life?

This second glimpse is a compilation of several children pondering the question:
What would you like more adults to know about what makes learning fun?
